To support our commitment to nurturing the wellbeing and professional career of our members, we have a new opportunity for a People Assistant to join our People East Asia team in Hong Kong, serving part of a diverse community of over 2,800 designers, planners, engineers, advisors and experts in the geography who are committed to shaping a greener, better and more sustainable world! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an aspiration to drive stronger member engagement and leadership success through collaborations.
This People Assistant will report to a Business Partner for a permanent full-time role in Hong Kong.
- Support the implementation of People Programs and assist in implementing COE initiatives (Talent Acquisition, International Mobility, Rewards and Operations). Conduct business data checking and management reporting
- Facilitate annual budgeting, manpower planning, performance management, employee survey.
- Support organizational change and transition to industry-leading member experience as one of the firm-wide strategic priorities
- Provide full range of support to offer excellent member experience throughout employee life cycle including but not limited to staff movement, on-/off-boarding, promotion, leave management

Is this role right for you?
· Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
· Having 1-2 years of relevant experience, along with prior experience in a fast-paced environment or a sizable company, would be advantageous.
· Adopt a hands-on, flexible, and detail-oriented approach to work, while demonstrating qualities of a team player, self-initiated nature, and attention to detail
· Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
· Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word. Knowledge of Power BI will be advantageous.
