We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Dublin for a 12 month contract. In this role you will be: 

  • Processing all aspects of monthly payroll
  • Managing payroll aspects of starters and leavers
  • Administration of pension scheme including remitting monthly payments, reconciliation of contributions, leavers options, processing new entrants
  • Administration of health insurance payments
  • Filing of payroll related paperwork
  • Dealing with staff payroll queries
  • Working closely with our HR teams
  • Processing month end journals
  • General payroll admin

Is this role right for you?

  • Minimum 3 or more years experience in the payroll function
  • An IPASS qualification would be desirable
  • Have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Can work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Be familiar with PAYE Modernisation
  • Be familiar with ROS
  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Have strong numerical skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Have a good understanding of the Irish PAYE and Social Welfare systems
  • Be fluent in English
  • Demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
