The Opportunity
To support our commitment in providing world-class finance services, our Payroll Manager will provide support to our Shared Services. This role is based in Philippines.
Your role in our team
- Timely and accurate execution of payroll, taxation and pensions administration processes
- Responsible for monitoring on a daily basis and overseeing daily related activities ensuring adherence to deadlines, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Monitor payroll team ; assists / back-up for payroll, taxation and pensions related activities/processes
- Review, formulate guidelines and procedures for daily operations
- Prepare regular reports for management review
- Support, development and implementation of payroll system
- Respond to inquiries relating to payroll, pensions, taxation and associated questions/documents
- Perform ad-hoc projects as and when required
Is this role right for you?
- Professional qualification or Diploma in Accounting or Human Resources Management or business related discipline
- Minimum 7-8 years’ of relevant experience gained from sizeable companies handling full process of payroll with supervisory experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, tax rules and pension schemes etc
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Energetic, flexible, mature and a good-team player
- Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded
- Good command of English
