Our Payroll and Benefits team in Madrid play a key role in supporting the company´s activities and objectives through their processes. They have a great impact in the correct functioning of the employees within the company and dealing with everyday problems that may arise.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to be part of the payroll and benefits area and collaborate closely with other people within the HR team, Finace and provide support to the specialists in their everyday questions.
As a Payroll and Benefits Assistant at Arup, you will:
- Perform administrative procedures for staff management.
- Get involved in procedures with the general treasury of social security, SEPE and tax agency.
- Provide assistance and resolve employee queries about their payrolls, payments, deductions and benefits.
- Administer and process employee benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the Human Resources and Finance department.
- Support in personnel control (informing the SS of company and employee registrations, terminations...).
- Formalize of contracts, contractual annexes, formal letters, etc...
Does this role inspire you?
We are looking for someone proactive and dynamic that has a great interest in the payroll area. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- A degree in Labor Relations, Law or similar.
- Between 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge/management of the A3NOM program.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Siltra and Social Security Files.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
Bonus points if you have:
A master’s degree in labor relations.
