We have an exciting opportunity within our Networks team, working as part of our globally dispersed Digital Technology group. In this role, you’ll help deliver a high-quality service to Arup staff across all regions. Our networking function spans switching, wireless, SD-WAN, internet access, cloud connectivity, and security.
The team is spread across APAC, the Americas, and Europe, providing in-region support through a true 24/7 follow-the-sun model. This position is based in Hong Kong to strengthen our support across the Asia Pacific region.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to put technical skills to use ensuring Arup’s network is kept at optimal performance
Exposure to a wide range of technologies, covering LAN, SD-WAN, cloud services, security, wireless technologies, to name a few; giving the successful candidate an opportunity to hone or advance their skills, or explore completely new ones.
A typical day may involve checking through carrier and monitoring alerts to identify anything that needs immediate attention, or working through trouble tickets in service now

Is this role right for you?
- CCNP Enterprise qualification, Aruba SD-WAN qualification desirable
- Strong network operational and design skills
- Proven troubleshooting skills in a pressured enterprise environment
- Good communication skills, strong English language skills, Cantonese and Mandarin desirable.
- A good self-starter ethos and the ability to cooperate and work well within team.
