Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for sorting and delivering internal and external documents and perform outdoor works as and when required
•    Handle administration sundry duties, such as setting up event venues, checking office facilities
•    Keep record of daily office supplies and follow up monthly order such as copier paper, drink
•    Provide support to the team as assigned

Qualifications & Experience required:
•    Form 5 / DSE
•    At least 2 years of relevant experience as office assistant
•    Familiar with Hong Kong Street
