As an MEP Leader specialising, you will play a critical role in the design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering solutions across terminal, airside, landside and supporting facilities.
You will work closely with clients, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services in line with aviation operations, regulatory requirements, and project demands. From strategic input through to concept, detailed design and construction, you will play a key role in delivering projects of exceptional quality and performance.
The Opportunity
- Serve as design lead and technical authority for MEP projects in Singapore and across the region.
- Lead project teams in the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical and public health systems in a live operational environment.
- Collaborate closely with airport operators, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory and client expectations.
- Engage in project and team resourcing, fee proposal development, and financial performance tracking.
- Represent Arup in client and stakeholder meetings, driving alignment and effective communication across all disciplines.

Is this role right for you?
- Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
- Significant experience delivering MEP design on complex infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of authority approval processes and stakeholder coordination, particularly within Singapore (CAAS, SCDF, BCA)
- Proven leadership in a consultancy environment, with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver integrated outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the business in front of clients and authorities.
