This role involves working within a growing BIM team in Vietnam while supporting broader Southeast Asia and APAC initiatives. The Opportunity

·       Resolves complex MEP co-ordination issues and liaison with internal parties.

·       Represents the M&E team in co-ordination workshops with external parties.

·       Reviews the quality of the work being produced.

·       Supporting the firm’s compliance in maintaining ISO 19650 requirement.

·       Coordinate MEP BIM models with architectural, civil, structural, and specialist discipline models.

·       Develop, maintain, and manage federated BIM models throughout project delivery.

·       Conduct regular model reviews and ensure compliance with project BIM standards and requirements.

·       Support the setup and management of project BIM environments, templates, and model structures.

·       Ensure BIM deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), MIDP/TIDP, EIR, and project-specific information requirements.

Is this role right for you? 

·       A strong background using Autodesk suite of products, especially Revit, Civil3D and Autocad.

·       Be able to work as a BIM Coordinator is a plus (Understand Platform BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud & Navisworks) 

·       Be able to consult with others to develop the level of knowledge required for the role

·       Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills and excellent communication and stakeholder management

·       At least 5 years of of BIM coordination experience on multidisciplinary projects.

·       Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

·       Experience in MRT projects, related MEP MRT works and preferably in Heavy Infrastructure, Rail and Underground Metro
