Drive innovation by playing a pivotal role in delivering major structural projects, including Data Centre, by harnessing cutting-edge BIM and digital tools.
As an MEP BIM Coordinator at Arup, you will:
Utilise Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodologies to facilitate the effective integration of design and construction processes across a variety of projects.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Develop and maintain accurate, high-quality BIM models, coordinate across disciplines, and produce detailed construction documentation to support project execution.
Promote best practices in BIM, ensuring model integrity, data accuracy, and adherence to project specifications, while contributing to the continuous enhancement of BIM workflows.
Leverage advanced modelling techniques, such as parametric design supported by scripting and coding, and overseeing the development of digital workflows that connect models and information flows across multiple service disciplines.
Supervise junior team members and assist in establishing efficient processes for project delivery.

We're looking for someone who is identify with our vision and are keen to work in an international environment on Arup’s many, often iconic, projects. These are the essential skills and qualifications for the position:
A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree (e.g. HIT or civil engineering with a specialisation in building services engineering).
Revit building services engineering expert.
2 to 3 years’ experience as a building services BIM modeller, from conceptual design through to specifications and construction.
We also value:
Experience with ‘BIM quality assurance’ tools such as Solibri and/or Navisworks.
Experience with Dynamo.
An affinity for parametric design and a bidirectional link between BIM and analytical software.
Communication skills in German or Poland (based on location).
