Your role
- Manage mechanical design projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing risk
- Develop strong client and industry relationships
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, and negotiate contracts related to mechanical design work
- Ensure project designs are cost effective, meet client expectations and comply with techanical standards
- Implement project monitoring systems and review designs to maintain high-quality output
- Facilitate team development through design activities, ensuring up-to-date techniques and software tools are used effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years Mechanical Engineering experience in the built environment with expertise in infrastructure or building projects
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed by the Council of Engineers Thailand
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of working with various stakeholders at all levels
- Commercially aware, with the ability to maintain personal and team effectivenes under pressure
- Strong understanding of client needs and a proactive approach to managing client relationships
- Strategic thinker, with the ability to formulate innovative solutions and motivate team members
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently, ensuring timely support from the team
