      Your role

  • Manage mechanical design projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing risk
  • Develop strong client and industry relationships
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals, and negotiate contracts related to mechanical design work 
  • Ensure project designs are cost effective, meet client expectations and comply with techanical standards 
  • Implement project monitoring systems and review designs to maintain high-quality output 
  • Facilitate team development through design activities, ensuring up-to-date techniques and software tools are used effectively 

  Is this role right for you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years Mechanical Engineering experience in the built environment with expertise in infrastructure or building projects
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed by the Council of Engineers Thailand 
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of working with various stakeholders at all levels
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to maintain personal and team effectivenes under pressure 
  • Strong understanding of client needs and a proactive approach to managing client relationships
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to formulate innovative solutions and motivate team members
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently, ensuring timely support from the team
