Responsibilities
- Design and implement total reward structures, employee benefits & recognition programs for Hong Kong and East Asia office
- Work with Global Reward team on Pay Band project to ensure global consistency and local market relevance
- Work as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys from recognised advisory firms; analyse & interpret data to draw insights and recommendations in supporting the People function
- Create, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key HR data sets, reports, and metrics
- Collaborate with local People Team in East Asia Region to review, develop and implement reward policies, framework, guidelines and processes including pension schemes
- Plan and deliver a variety of global, regional or local reward projects & initiatives
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline from a recognized University
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Resources function including 8 years in Asia regional rewards design and/or rewards advisory roles from reputable HR advisory firms, commercial or banking industry
- Strong interpersonal skill and be able to work well with the local and global teams as well as the internal stakeholders at all levels
- Experienced in delivering reward projects that include analysis, market benchmarking, implementation and communication
- Detail-oriented with good numeric sense and strong data analytical skills
- Excellent command of Power BI and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Strong project management and implementation skills
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
- Independent, proactive and self-motivated
