The Opportunity
The HSEQ function is under transformation to better support the business. This role is expected to collaborate and partner with other regions for common approach development and to manage the change during the integration period.
· Act as a business partner to provide support on Quality and Environmental related matters
· Provide support to local office in regard to the Arup Management System (AMS)
· Plan and lead the internal audit on business units, projects and sites, report the audit findings
· Establish and maintain statistical database to review the trends and causes of the non-conformances across the group/office and propose corrective actions for improvement
· Assist the regional leader in establishing, improving and implementation of policies, systems, programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements in relation to AMS
· Driving achievement of quality and environmental objectives and reporting on progress
· Responsible for arranging Management Reviews including highlighting issues requiring attention and action
· Lead and supervise Q&E team
· Lead local communication in relating to AMS
· Consolidate Client Satisfaction Monitoring data
· Develop and deliver AMS and Q & E trainings for the region
· Occasional business travel is required

Is this role right for you?
Qualifications and Experiences required:
- Degree in Engineering with relevant qualifications in Quality, Environment and Health & Safety
- IRCA Lead Auditor or equivalent
- 8 to 10 years of experience in development and implementation of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System and preferably in engineering field
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 audits
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player, strong self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and SharePoint
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua is an advantage
