Responsibilities:

  • Understand Arup’s values and growth strategy, design strategic people development plan with a focus on delivering leadership development, succession planning and wellness program to meet exciting growth strategy
  • Serve in a consultative capacity to leaders and employees, work collaboratively to build partnership towards talent development, succession planning and wellness program
  • Develop bespoke learning and wellness plan, ensuring positive and rewarding experience of the participants. Identify high-potential individuals and provide them with visibility on promotion roadmaps and resources to meet growth needs
  • Represent East Asia Region to contribute to Arup’s global learning and wellness strategies, initiatives and programs
  • Coordinate with learning clients within East Asia Region, including the board, group leaders and strategic business leaders, and ensure their learning needs are met
  • Ensure excellent participants’ experience and the quality of training with subject matter experts and external consultants
  • Prepare and monitor training budget

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources or related disciplines from a recognized University
  • 10-15 years of solid track record in delivering top-executive-level leadership training, preferably in sizable professional services firms (banking, legal and professional consultancy are welcome)
  • Experience in working across all aspects of learning cycle and utilizing different learning methodologies and technologies, with an ability to select the most appropriate training solution, such as instructor-led training, group/round-table facilitation, peer-led learning, self-study, e-learning, blended learning, etc.
  • Experience in creating learning strategy and its supporting programs
  • Confident to interact with people of different grades, culture and background
  • Be a trusted partner to stakeholders across teams and offices in the region
  • A self-starter and able to work independently with strong accountability
  • Strong project management and budget management skills; organized and have good attention to details
  • Good understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods, and open to try new things
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
