The Opportunity
The Legal Executives main focus will be to support the Global Legal Leadership team, reporting to the Legal Operations Leader. The role requires regular liaison with our Senior Legal Team and Centres of Excellence, in various global locations.
This role is critical in supporting the smooth operation of the legal function. In this position, the Legal Executive will provide a combination of confidential legal and administrative support to the senior legal team, allowing them to focus on high-priority tasks and complex legal matters.
You will get involved with -
Strategic Planning: Supporting and managing various tasks and projects on behalf the global legal team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
Legal Compliance: Supporting and assisting the Global Legal leaders with the company’s compliance with international laws and regulations, including corporate governance, data protection, and intellectual property.
Contract Management: Assisting with negotiations, draft, and review contracts and agreements with global partners, clients, and vendors.
Risk Management: Identifying and researching to mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s operations.
Project Management: Supporting and managing cross-functional legal projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Is this role right for you?
We are looking for people who have:
- A Diploma or equivalent law qualification from an accredited institution with experience within a legal role.
- A Proven track record of assisting on and managing legal projects with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders coupled with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
