As part of our multidisciplinary team in Madrid, you'll contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across Spain and beyond. Collaborate with national and international teams, gaining exposure to various project types and making a tangible impact on the built environment.
The Opportunity
Join our Project Management team in Madrid and gain hands-on experience supporting the coordination and delivery of exciting projects. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in project planning, cost management, and client communication, working alongside experienced professionals.
As a Junior Project Management Consultant at Arup, you will:
- Support project coordination, working closely with technical teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of bids, reports, and other project documentation.
- Assist in project monitoring, financial control, and cost management.
- Participate in client and supplier meetings, gaining valuable communication and stakeholder management experience.
- Contribute to quality control processes, ensuring the highest standards of project delivery.
Does this role inspire you?
We're looking for graduates with a strong interest in the construction and real estate sectors and a desire to build a career in project management. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- A degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Building) or Architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Presto and MS Project/Primavera.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).
Bonus points if you:
- Master's studies in Project Management.
- Knowledge and interest in modeling/financial viability applied to real estate projects.
