Junior BIM Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior BIM Coordinator passionate engineers or architects who are eager to develop themselves in BIM, for our Istanbul Office BIM team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our office's BIM strategy and protocols, participate in coordination and review processes in various projects, and develop yourself in this area.

As a Junior BIM Coordinator at Arup, you will:

• Assist in the implementation of BIM processes according to the needs of the projects,

• Contribute developing BIM documents according to project's BIM scope such as BIM Execution Plans (BEP),

• Assist and execute CDE management in projects,

• Support designers and BIM professionals in developing and coordinating BIM models,

• Review and report on model performance and quality,

• Assist in managing project-wide, federation models,

• Assist in managing Virtual Design Review (VDR) meetings,

• Assist in managing coordination and clash review processes.

  
  
  Your role in office BIM processes:

• Contribute developing our BIM strategies, protocols, and information workflows,

• Ensure compliance with modeling conventions and company best practices,

• Promoting Revit and the global Revit standard usage.

Does this role inspire you?

We are looking for a Junior BIM Coordinator passionate engineers or architects who are eager to develop themselves in BIM, for our Istanbul Office BIM team. We also value:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or architecture,
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in projects managed with BIM processes,
• Experience in modeling with Revit projects,
• Ability and willingness to learn new software as required by individual projects,
• Strong teamwork, communication, reporting and presentation skills,
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,

• For male candidates' military service must be completed.

  
  
  The following qualifications are advantage:

• Knowledge of various Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms,
• Knowledge of various coordination software,
• Knowledge of Dynamo and parametric design.
