ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop simple and complex ICA design such as Functional description, Field Device/Instrument List, Sensors/Instrument data sheets, PLC I/O list, Instrument wiring diagram, loop diagram, P&ID, Control Philosophy/Sequence of operation, Alarm list, Hook-up drawings and wiring schedules.
• Able to prepare auxiliary services drawings (Fire Detection and Alarm System, Security System, Structured Cabling, PA System)
• Coordinate with other discipline for smooth execution of project deliverables
• Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to MEICA Lead, Project managers for the resolution of complex engineering issues.
• Able to perform QS works including technical and cost evaluation and analysis.
• Participates in the development and implementation of project ICA policies and procedures.
• Attend meetings and recommend value engineering advice to design team for improving the cost efficiency.
• Contributes to Client’s communication, both written and verbally

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, licensed is preferred
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in ICA design, Water and Wastewater Industry with Construction related experience preferred. 
• Knowledgeable in ICA standards such as API, ISA, BS and other related codes
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with proven ability to influence at different levels of organization, can communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with strong control mindset
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent in MS office applications, AutoCAD and Revit
• Must be highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong
