We are looking for an experienced and qualified Building Technology Engineer to help grow the ICT offering in Melbourne. You will be able to establish deep client relationships, deliver high quality service and be challenge the everyday.
The Opportunity
- Deliver complex technology projects across a range of markets, developing innovative solutions and delivering successful outcomes for our clients, our people, and Arup
- Be skilled across a multitude of technology-related disciplines in the built environment, including IT Cabling Systems, Active IT Systems (networks), Audio Visual Systems, Electronic Security Systems, ‘IoT’ and ‘Smart Building’ initiatives
- Develop reports specifications and BIM drawings to client requirements.
- Be accountable for significant and complex activities or projects, requiring you to predict and plan future resources
Is this role right for you?
- +6 years of experience as an ICT or Networks Engineer with a specialisation in low voltage systems or similar fields
- Experience in building networking technologies (e.g. structured cabling, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Wireless, etc.)
- Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams
- ICT Engineering degree related to the role or equivalent experience in multi-disciplinary engineering firm or ICT Contractor.
- Experience in Revit or CAD.
