The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a student to join our People team from June 2026 as a co-ordinator. This is a full-time position based in our Dublin office.
It’s a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience and valuable insight into the workings of a people-focused team within a global organisation.
As a Human Resource Co-Ordinator at Arup, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Ireland People Team.
- Work closely with our two Senior Human Resources Business Partners.
- Prepare various staff correspondences, maintain up-to-date staff records.
- Verify data accuracy in systems and consolidate relevant data from multiple systems for reporting purpose.
- Provide support to the team and ad hoc projects as and when required.

We're looking for students who are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or Business.
- Proactive, responsible, well-organized and detail-minded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent administration experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
