Reporting to the HSEQ Leader, AusPac, you will have access to regional and global communities of HSEQ professionals, to collaborate with and ensure that HSEQ remains top of mind throughout our firm as we shape a better world, safely

The Opportunity 

  • Provide clear direction, support to motivate team members to deliver an excellent service to the business.
  • Lead a multi-country team that is widely dispersed across our Southeast Asian countries towards managing workloads to ensure an excellent and equitable service is delivered to firm and clients.
  • Ability to communicate HSEQ and firm strategic plan into practical actions across all the Southeast Asia region.
  • Utilise your in depth understanding of operational risk profile/context of the region against the firms growth ambitions.
  • Collaborate with a professional network within and outside of Arup, investing time to learn how other organisations and professions approach HSEQ.

Is this role right for you?

  • Professionally qualified in at least one discipline Quality, H&S or Environmental Management.
  • Developing knowledge of all disciplines of HSEQ
  • A passion for driving HSEQ forwards
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience across multiple countries/regions.
