Graduate Project Manager

Responsibility:

1.    Assist project manager on daily coordination among client, design institute, contractor and etc. It should include but not limited to design management, progress management, cost management and construction management.

2.    Have a proper understanding on the logic relationship between each project task. Prepare the master schedule and sub schedule based on the critical thinking.

3.    Participate on site visit, client meeting, project interview and other project related activities.

4.    Assist project manager on document preparations of Project Execution Plan, Project Service Scope of Work, Project Inspection Report and etc.

5.    Organize meeting and draft meeting minutes.

 

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor degree or above in Project Management, Cost Management, Property Management or other related major.

2.    Be familiar with Microsoft office, and basic knowledge in ProjectAUTOCAD and BIM skills is a prefer.

3.    Excellent written and verbal English skill.

4.    Good communication and presentation skill.

5.    Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and sense of responsibility.
