The Opportunity

Our Management Consulting team helps organisations navigate change, improve performance and plan for the future. Working across People & Organisation we work with clients across the public and private sectors to help them deliver organisational change and transformation. We support the design and implementation of people strategies, operating models, organisational structures and workforce solutions that enable businesses to achieve their strategic objectives. Our work spans change management, organisation design, culture and behavioural change, leadership development, workforce capability, employee experience and transformation delivery, helping clients create sustainable organisational performance and achieve lasting outcomes.

  • Conduct research, analysis and stakeholder engagement activities to help diagnose organisational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams alongside consultants, engineers and technical specialist, and participate in client meetings and workshops, helping to gather information, facilitate discussions and present findings
  • Contribute to the design of people strategies, operating models, organisational structures and workforce solutions aligned to client objectives
  • Develop client-ready outputs, including reports, presentations, workshop materials and communications to support project delivery
  • Support business development activities, including market research, proposals and client engagement activities.

Is this role right for you?  

For this opportunity, we are seeking the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

  • Bachelors degree in a people-focused field, such as Psychology, including Organisational Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, however other qualifications will be considered
  • Modules related to a people-focused field, such as organisational Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human resources management, Organisational development, leadership, workforce, capability, change management, operating model are relevant

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to undertake research and interpret qualitative and quantitative data
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to synthesise complex information into clear insights and recommendations
  • Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn
  • Interest in strategy development, organisational design and operating models, and change and transformation
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, data visualisation, or other analytical tools would be advantageous

     

To be considered for a graduate opportunity, your application must include a copy of your academic transcript and meet the following criteria:  

  • Full working rights in the country of application  
  • No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role  
  • Recently graduated, or on track to graduate, from your most recent degree, related to your role of choice, before employment starts.
