Your responsibilities:

    As a Graduate BIM Modeler (Structural), you will work closely with experienced engineers and technicians to:

    •  Create 3D models and 2D drawing documentation of buildings and civil structures
    • Gatekeeper of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information 
    • Work across disciplines to ensure an overall design fits together and satisfies each discipline’s individual requirements 
    • Troubleshoot all problems that arise in a rapidly changing digital coordination environment
    • Develop engineer’s concepts and sketches into accurate models and drawings, through direct communications 
    • Help with submissions and ensure proper QA/QC protocols are implemented  

    We seek the following qualifications, attributes, and skills:

    • Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or BIM & Information Management (NFQ Level 7/8 or equivalent)
    • Ability to use Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and CADS RC
    • Knowledge of Civil 3D and Navisworks would be an advantage
    • Programming skills using Python, Dynamo or Rhino - Inside - Revit would be an advantage
    • Knowledge of information management to BS/PAS1192 and ISO19650-1/2 would be an advantage
    • Candidate must be detail and accuracy oriented
    • Good command in both written and spoken English
