- Preparing and developing architectural, civil and engineering drawings, models, sketches, and other documents within a Building Information Modelling (BIM) focused environment
- Help manage in-coming and out-going model and drawing information
- Co-ordinating work with other disciplines
- Troubleshoot problems that arise in a rapidly changing project environment
- Working directly with engineering colleagues and other professionals
- Ensure accurate Quality Assurance/Quality Control protocols are implemented
- Develop software skills necessary to be successful in their project assignments
- Project and team administrative duties
- Supports senior BIM Designers on projects and office-wide BIM initiatives
- Seek creative and innovative solutions

Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering/architectural technology or related field
- Experience in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Experience in Microstation and/or Civil 3D
- Knowledge of coordination tools: Navisworks, Revisto
- Knowledge of collaboration tools: ACC, SharePoint, ProjectWise
- Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future
Preferred:
- Certificate in BIM Management will be an asset
- Design portfolio will be an asset
- Knowledge in Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other programming tool is an asset
- Knowledge of Digital Projects, Tekla
- Knowledge of Bentley InRoads/OpenRoads
- Knowledge of ISO19650
- Previous experience in the AEC industry

Toronto Hiring Range – Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Montreal is $61,000 to $70,500 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto will differ.
