The Opportunity

We currently have a role for an administrator and user of our procurement platform(s), and related procurement platforms, within the Group Procurement function. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the systems are managed as appropriate. The role will initially be focused on expansion of our existing Supplier Management Platform, using your skills and experiences to add on new countries and territories as part of a global roll-out of the tool. Following this – you will then be accountable for managing the system across the globe. As an administrator, you will be confident in making configuration changes, coaching people in the use of the tool, working closely with the vendor, managing new releases and ensuring the on-boarding of new countries and geographies. You will interface across the procurement team globally as the central point of reference for our procurement platforms and tools. 

Your focus in this role will be -

System Configuration and Implementation, System Management and Technical Support, Vendor Management, Training and Change Support, Learning and Continuous Improvement.

The Successful delivery of an efficient, accurate procurement system management service, whilst strengthening relationships inside and outside of the team.
Ensuring Systems are functional and content/config is in line with our overall strategies. 
Reflecting the team overall as a open, efficient and open business function, always keen to understand how we best contribute to the goals of the organization and in tune with the time sensitive work-nature and needs of our client facing project delivery teams.

Is this role right for you?

We are looking for people who:

  • Have knowledge of our procurement platform, as an administrator who is able to configure the system to an organization’s needs. Exposure to other procurement platforms too will be advantageous.
  • Have the ability to manage a system on a global or multi-country basis as well as managing, or working under, robust systems change management process and an appreciation of the importance of embedding this into an organization.
  • Have a practical understanding of the procurement process, particularly supplier due diligence and compliance, would be advantageous.
  • Have excellent digital skills, working with and maintaining data to a high standard using Microsoft platforms and ERP systems.
  • Have excellent communication and influencing skills, adept at working with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels and able to arrive a mutually acceptable solution coupled with exposure of dealing directly with vendors
