The Opportunity
We're seeking a Global Benefits Systems Implementation Manager to join our Reward Community of Expertise (CoE), reporting directly to the Global Head of Benefits. This pivotal role drives the design, implementation, and optimisation of benefit processes, technology platforms, and data strategies—all underpinned by Arup’s commitment to delivering a forward-looking Global Reward Strategy across our diverse, international network.
You’ll lead the end-to-end benefit technology implementation process, partnering with stakeholders across functions and regions to align local needs with global frameworks. From coordinating system transitions, data governance, and analytics, your impact will shape member experience, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence systems that support over 30 countries, streamline global processes, and promote data-driven insights.

Requirements
Proven experience leading end-to-end global benefit system implementations, ideally within cloud-based platforms such as Oracle.
Deep operational knowledge of multi-country benefits frameworks within a matrixed organisation
Proficiency in global benefits software and managing third-party technology providers
Experience in process transformation – including documentation, best practices, and sustained delivery
Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple simultaneous initiatives
High level of analytical acumen and systems proficiency, including dashboard/report development
Change management expertise with the ability to engage stakeholders and guide transitions
A collaborative mindset and demonstrated success in coaching and developing team members
