Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

 

 

1.    Responsibilities
1   Providing general consultancy on fire safety design to client as a specialized fire consultant;
2   Discussing and presenting to client, design team and fire authority;
3   Responsible for report writing and model analysing.
 
2.    Qualification
1   At least 3-years experience as a chief member in the following field:
·      Working in Fire Research Institutions
·      Fire consulting, performance-based fire design experiences
·      Fire system design
·      Risk assessment, or risk engineering
·      RAMS
2   Studious , motivated and conscientious
3   Good communication skills and good presentation skill(communication with clients, architects, project managers, and approving authorities is required in daily work);
4   Good team spirit, willing to accomplish the assigned work on time as an assistant; 
5   Fluent in both written and spoken English, able to communicate with others in English is a plus;
6   Good computer skills, proficient at Microsoft office, AutoCAD and other basic software;
7   Mastering performance-based fire design concept well and familiar with performance-based fire design software (such as FDS, STEPS, Fluent, Pathfind, LS-dyna ) is given priority.
8   Understanding of international fire code (such as NFPA,IBC and etc.) is preferred.
9   Chartered fire engineers is preferred.
