We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Regional FP&A team in Toronto, Ontario to support our operations in the Americas region which include 12 offices across North and South America. This position will report to the Sr. Financial Analyst – FP&A and interact directly with the FP&A Leader, CFO, and finance staff throughout the region


The primary duties include:

Regional FP&A

  • Assist with preparation of the company’s management board reports
  • Provide analytical support and other operational analyses to the business leaders.
  • Assist with the annual budget process and provide various financial modeling as needed. 
  • Work closely with business service teams (Finance, HR, IT, Legal) to provide relevant financial data and analytics
  • Provide business leaders with data driven insights
  • Create interactive data visualization that allows business stakeholders to make data driven decisions
  • Develop and run forecasting models to provide business leaders with accurate projections
  • Present and deliver valuable insights to the marketing team, finance team, HR team and company executives
  • Various ad hoc reporting and projects as necessary.


Qualified professionals will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2+ years of FP&A experience
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Experience with querying languages such as SQL
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Superior analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models
  • Advanced Excel and working knowledge of relational database information systems
  • Someone who likes to get involved and interact with the business
  • Must be detail oriented, thorough, well organized and effectively manage time
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional problems solving skills
  • Very proactive; must show willingness to improve existing processes and take on additional responsibilities
