The Opportunity

Shape the future of finance at a global scale.

We are seeking a talented Finance Systems & Process Business Analyst to join our Finance PMO team, supporting a major global transformation programme across Finance Business Services. Working alongside project managers, finance leaders, and transformation specialists, you will play a pivotal role in delivering finance systems and process improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, and ways of working across the organisation.

In this role, you will analyse and translate complex business requirements into practical solutions, facilitate stakeholder workshops, map and improve finance processes, support business case development, and contribute to testing, change management, reporting, and project governance activities. Your expertise will help drive successful finance transformation initiatives and deliver lasting business value.

Is this role right for you?

Essential:

  • Strong experience in business analysis within a finance environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of finance processes, systems, and data flows
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process modelling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and transactional data.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working within large-scale transformation or change programmes.
  • Familiarity with project management and business analysis tools used for requirements gathering, planning, and reporting.
