We’re seeking a dynamic Finance PMO Lead to drive excellence in project governance and delivery across our global Finance Transformation Programme. This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Group Head of Finance Programmes, where you’ll set the strategic direction for the Finance PMO and lead a high-performing team of project managers, business analysts, and technical experts. Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global finance at Arup.
The Finance PMO Lead will apply their expertise in the following areas of work:
Define and execute the Finance PMO strategy, frameworks, and governance.
Lead and develop a specialist team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Oversee a portfolio of global finance projects, ensuring alignment with Arup’s five-year strategy.
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver complex change initiatives on time and within budget.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best-in-class methodologies.
Is this role right for you?
We seek senior PMO leadership professionals with the following skills and expertise:
Proven experience leading PMOs in complex, international environments.
Expertise in end-to-end programme and project delivery, including finance systems.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI).
