We have opportunities for people who are looking to support delivery of a globally significant large scale renewable energy project being developed in India for a major energy client, to become permanent members of our friendly and creative engineering and consulting team, with opportunities in both Mumbai and at the project site.

Our projects need to be part of the transition to net-zero carbon and we are increasingly seeking engineers and project professionals with deep experience in complex energy and site development projects to enable this change. We are looking for people who can demonstrate a passion for delivering major projects, and bring with them a sense of inquisitiveness and a passion to challenge the status quo.

We are seeking to receive expressions of interest from those who would like the opportunity to join our project delivery team, transitioning long term to our engineering and advisory teams. Whilst this initial opportunity will be based either in Mumbai or at the project site, we have offices across India, and you will join a team of professionals with diverse industry knowledge.

The Opportunities

This is an opportunity to be actively involved in our large scale renewables project, working in close collaboration with one of the largest generators of energy in India

Locations – Mumbai/Project Site

We would like to speak to people at all seniority levels, particularly those who have experience in supporting the construction phase of major engineering projects, ideally in land development or renewable energy, who have a background or experience in any of the following areas: 

  • Project Controls
  • Project Management
  • Engineering, particularly civils (roads and drainage), civil structures and geotechnical
  • Engineering Management
  • Construction Management
  • Health, Safety & Quality Management

Is this role right for you?

We'd love to hear from you if you have;

  • A degree in a relevant field; Civil/Structural/Geotechnical or similar. / Accreditation or aspiration to work toward professional accreditation
  • Knowledge of project management, and construction management global best practice, ideally working on major infrastructure and/or large scale energy projects
  • Acted as owner’s engineer during the construction phase, carrying out technical reviews and assurance of contractor technical documents and workmanship to validate suitability of built assets.
  • Experience working with developers and contractors during the construction phase
  • Willingness and ability to travel to remote construction sites, and for some roles potentially accepting a construction site-based role • Have extensive experience working in a design consultancy, both as a designer and a technical authority, with a proven track record in delivering projects
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team
