ポジション概要
再生可能エネルギー分野の成長を支える洋上風力発電プロジェクトに携わるエンジニアリングコンサルタントを募集します本ポジションでは、洋上風力発電施設に関する設計およびアドバイザリー業務に携わり、構造工学、地盤工学をはじめとする専門知識を活かしながらプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

Japan Group Energy Team Leaderのもと、約10名のメンバーで構成されるEnergy Teamの一員として、国内外のエンジニアや専門家と協働しながら、多国籍な環境でプロジェクトに参画いただきます。

また、洋上風力分野における技術的課題の解決に取り組みながら、再生可能エネルギー分野における専門性をさらに高めることができるポジションです。

応募資格
必須経験
以下のうち、一つまたは複数に関する知識および実務経験

• 構造設計に関する知識および実務経験5年以上（特に海洋構造物の設計経験があれば尚可） ※構造・土木工学分野における博士号取得済の場合、博士課程の期間を実務経験として考慮します。
• 地盤工学に関する知識および実務経験5年以上 ※地盤工学分野における博士号取得済の場合、博士課程の期間を実務経験として考慮します。
  リモートかつ多国籍なメンバーと協働するプロジェクトにおける英語での実務経験

Position Overview
We are seeking an Engineering Consultant to join Arup’s Energy Team, supporting the delivery of offshore wind projects in Japan and internationally.

As part of a team of approximately 10 specialists, you will contribute to the design and advisory services for offshore wind developments, working alongside engineers and technical specialists across multiple disciplines. Reporting to the Japan Group Energy Team Leader, you will collaborate with both local and international colleagues in a multinational project environment.

This role offers an opportunity to apply and further develop expertise in structural and/or geotechnical engineering while contributing to the growth of renewable energy projects that support a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
Provide design and advisory services for offshore wind power facilities

Requirements

Knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following:

• At least 5 years of practical experience in structural design, supported by strong technical knowledge, preferably including experience in offshore structures (PhD studies in Structural or Civil Engineering may be considered as relevant experience for candidates who have obtained a PhD)
• At least 5 years of practical experience and strong technical knowledge in geotechnical engineering (PhD studies in Geotechnical Engineering may be considered as relevant experience for candidates who have obtained a PhD)
• Practical experience working in English on projects involving remote collaboration and multinational team members

Compensation & Benefits
Expected Annual Salary: JPY 5.7 million to 1.08 million, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus Profit Share.
