Engineer

Engineer (Boston, MA)

• Design plumbing and fire protection systems within the built environment, with an emphasis on sustainable design.

• Design domestic water, sanitary/vent, and storm plumbing systems.

• Design fire sprinkler and standpipe systems.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to develop integrated solutions for complex buildings.

• Conduct and document engineering analyses, including code research, load calculations, and equipment sizing.

• Document system designs in Revit MEP software.

• Communicate technical ideas to a broad range of audiences through presentations and workshops.

• Write reports documenting calculation methods and results, design assumptions, and technical information.

• Design sustainable outcomes for clients.

• Assist with construction administration activities.

• Requires Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience.
