The Project Technology Services team (PTS) are an integral part of Arup’s global Digital Technology Group (DTG) that are responsible for delivery and support of Information Technology across the firm. PTS are a global team of technical specialists for engineering design tools and platforms, predominantly in the Transport, Buildings, Water and Energy sectors. Collaborating closely with global business leaders, skills leaders, and service managers across the DTG, as well as the wider BIM and Automation teams, PTS ensures seamless integration and performance of our technical software solutions

- As a Senior Systems Analyst within the PTS team, specialising in BIM delivery, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Common Data Environment (CDE) Services, you will lead on the implementation, support, and maintainance of infrastructure and applications critical for the lifecycle management of project documents, models, and data. Ensure alignment with ISO 19650 and embed its principles into project delivery.
- Key responsibilities include managing our core AEC engineering application portfolios from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and Trimble. Focusing on cross-disciplinary integration to ensure these platforms are effectively embedded within defined EDMS and CDE environments to support seamless project execution.
- Acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with engineers across the business to understand complex project needs and requirements, whilst working as part of a global team of technology specialists delivering solutions to the business.
- Drive innovation by partnering with vendors and technology providers, identifying opportunities to enhance Arup’s digital capabilities. Lead the implementation of robust, future-ready services that improve project outcomes and align with strategic business needs.

Is this role right for you?
- Detailed experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, with a proven ability to apply domain knowledge to shape digital delivery strategies
- A deep understanding of the design, implementation and operation of EDMS and CDE systems, with the ability to lead on their alignment with business and client requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a flexible, adaptable approach to delivering solutions that meet complex and evolving business requirements
- Subject matter expert of ISO19650 and other international industry standards
- Model a high level of attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and standards
