The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to support major projects in India and across the globe, working closely with Project and Commercial Managers to plan and manage projects of varying scales. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing to quality standards, cultural initiatives, and best practices that drive team success. Key Responsibilities:
  • This role combines project coordination, document control, and stakeholder management to support major projects across India, the Middle East, and other focus markets
  • The successful candidate will foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, proactively support project teams, and coordinate tender submissions, project onboarding, and closeout activities
  • Responsibilities include managing document control systems, maintaining project records, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and facilitating communication across multidisciplinary teams and clients.
  • The role also supports project budgeting, programme management, audits, and implementation of Arup’s internal processes and global initiatives
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure efficient project delivery and operational excellence.

Is this role right for you?

  • We are looking for candidates with a degree or diploma in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in document control, records management, or a similar role within the construction industry
  • Experience with document management platforms such as Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or similar systems is essential, along with advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting projects through all stages of delivery, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, a commitment to quality, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation are key requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills and a proactive, self-driven approach will be critical for success in this role.
