The Opportunity 

This role is an outstanding opportunity to have a personal impact on Culture, Equity and Inclusion (CEI) in our member owned and values led firm.  

Your primary focus will be to support the business with innovative sustainable strategies, policies and programs across UKIMEA. You’ll influence and build trusted relationships with senior leadership, management and peers across the business to affect change. These include business heads, learning and development, HR business partners and other business subject matter experts. You’ll have a passion for fostering an environment where everyone can thrive and have a proven track record in culture change.  

You will be a key contributor in our CEI team, helping to deliver our 2024-2027 strategy and reporting into the Head of CEI.  

The role is highly visible, and well suited for an individual who takes an optimistic approach towards solving sophisticated problems in an agile environment. You’ll also work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to drive long-term strategic plans. This is a true partnership role working collaboratively with leaders and multiple others. The portfolio is wide ranging and while we don’t require you to be an expert in all areas, experience in employee resource groups and/or learning and development is preferred.

We are looking for people who: 

  • Have proven managerial experience of working alongside senior leaders.
  • Have a proven track record and focus on embedding equity diversity and inclusion into organisational culture.
  • Are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
  • Have knowledge of how to support Employee Resource Groups achieve their aims.
  • Have the ability to manage in a multi-national environment responding to local needs as necessary.
