The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join our Marketing, Clients, and Business Development (MCBD) team. You’ll play a key part in supporting over 2,500 active users across UKIMEA, helping to promote best practices in our CRM and deliver a high-quality experience. As CRM Coordinator, you’ll work alongside the regional CRM Manager to manage and champion the growing importance of our CRM system, ensuring it continues to shape the future of our firm. You’ll collaborate on regional and global initiatives, contributing to development and testing as part of the global CRM team. We’re looking for someone proactive and curious, who enjoys improving processes and enhancing client experiences.
Is this role right for you?
- Have a business or business-related background, with a good knowledge of commercial procedures and experience of
working with clients. - Currently working or have worked with a Client Relationship Management tool, preferably Microsoft Dynamics365.
- Experience of prioritising and handling multiple service desk requests
- Have experience of creating PowerBI dashboards when analysing data.
