The Opportunity


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in supporting engagement programmes for different consultancy projects;
  • Implement engagement programmes, including research, design of engagement activities and materials, management on production and execution;
  • Support engagement activities and conduct engagement analysis

Is this role right for you?
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience; experience in journalism or a PR agency would be an advantage
  • Strong awareness of public affairs and political issues, with genuine interest in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Chinese, with a creative and content-sensitive approach
  • Experience coordinating with designers, PR and production agencies, and other service providers
  • Good coordination and planning skills with a detail-oriented approach to delivery
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable contributing across multiple concurrent projects
