The Opportunity

We're looking for talented Civil Engineers at mid and senior levels to join our thriving teams in Birmingham and Nottingham. As our project portfolio continues to grow, we're seeking passionate, technically strong engineers who are motivated to make a positive impact. You'll work alongside highly respected colleagues on a diverse range of exciting and meaningful projects across sectors including aviation, highways/streets and the wider site development sector, all requiring civil engineers to deliver.

Depending on your experience and interests, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions across areas such as:

Alignment and geometrical design, drainage design, pavement design, utilities co-ordination, earthworks, and multidisciplinary co-ordination.

Is this role right for you?

We're looking for people who bring a blend of technical expertise, curiosity and collaboration. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience designing and delivering civil engineering solutions, with a strong technical foundation and a passion for high-quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of relevant design standards, legislation and industry guidance, with the ability to apply them effectively in project delivery.
• An understanding of statutory approval processes, including planning, stakeholder engagement and technical approvals.

For Senior and Principal Engineer roles, you'll also bring:

• Experience leading projects, workstreams or teams, driving successful outcomes through effective planning and coordination.
• A passion for developing others through coaching, mentoring and people leadership, helping colleagues thrive and reach their potential.

It would be beneficial if you also have:

• Working knowledge of industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Experience using civil engineering design tools such as InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, OpenRoads Designer and Civil 3D.

Qualifications:

• .A qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience) and a strong track record in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects.

·       Chartered, Incorporated, or actively working towards professional accreditation with a relevant institution, such as the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE)
