Primary Focus
Working in close partnership with the Global People Services and Operations Director (Programme Sponsor), and People Services Transformation director to provide specialist change and engagement support for the transformation agenda for global people services delivery at Arup.
Working in partnership with the service design implementation lead to successfully drive change adoption and ensure the case for change is delivered. Developing and deliver a comprehensive 2-year change strategy to support the delivery of a global people services operating model change and the implementation of an Oracle HCM technology platform.
To act as a key lead for change approaches to support continuous improvement programs to deliver efficiency and improvements in member experience through innovation and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Work with internal and external parties to develop the case for change
Understand and own the change impact assessments (globally and locally) across the whole programme from an operating model, service design and solution perspective (supported by SI partner and broader change team) and make them actionable for change needs
Develop and implement a robust multi-year change management strategy to support the global People Services operating model change and Oracle HCM Cloud implementation (Fusion program).
Lead change planning, including developing communication plans, training programs, change readiness assessments and change interventions (to support adoption) to ensure the delivery of key change milestones for high priority initiatives.
Assess the effectiveness of change management initiatives through data collection, surveys, and feedback and make recommendations for continuous improvement based on evaluation results.
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies, plans, and activities to effectively communicate with, involve, and manage expectations of stakeholders
Design and execute effective communication and engagement plans and channels to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
Partnership with service design lead to develop and deliver training / skills development programs to ensure people services teams as well as all members are well-prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any challenges that may arise during the change program.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the change initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to the change management approach.
Work more broadly across the People Services and Operations function to support relevant change underpinning the People Strategy and new ways of working which deliver additional efficiencies, increased productivity and improved service delivery and experiences.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
Proven experience in developing and leading large-scale change management programs, preferably in a global or multi country context.
Experience in HR and digital transformation and managing change with enabling HR technologies
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools and their appropriate use.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
