Joining Arup

Arup’s purpose, shared values and collaborative approach has set us apart for over 75 years, guiding how we shape a better world.

As part of a restructure and operational effectiveness improvement programme for the UKIMEA marketing, communications and business development function, we have created new business partnering roles to provide senior, generalist and holistic advice and guidance to improve the quality and outcomes of the function.

Watch this short clip to discover how Arup are shaping a better world and how you could be a part of it!

The Opportunity

The purpose of a Business Partner role in the UKIMEA Marketing, Communications team is to act as a senior generalist marketing and communications advisor to the region’s Transformation Portfolio and Geography leaders.  You will be a member of the team’s Senior Leadership Team and will be aligned to the Climate & Sustainability Services.

As a strategic Business Partner, you’ll ensure our UKIMEA services are marketed seamlessly to the external market, aligning with business goals rather than internal structures.

Collaborate with transformation and services partners to create integrated marketing plans that resonate with target markets. Build strong relationships with management, offering expert advice on marketing, communications, and public affairs to help achieve business objectives.

Shape and deliver an annual marketing strategy, manage ad-hoc requests, and represent your portfolio, while setting the standard for excellence in marketing and communications. At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. Our strength comes from how we respect, share and connect our diverse experiences, perspectives and ideas.
