The Opportunity

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment to design innovative, sustainable buildings that deliver exceptional value to our clients while reducing environmental impact. You’ll be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle—from initial feasibility through to final completion—across a wide range of sectors including healthcare, industrial, data centres, and education. As part of our forward-thinking team, you’ll also contribute to our digital transformation journey, embracing automation and integrated digital design tools to enhance efficiency and expand the services we offer.

As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will work within an interdisciplinary environment, striving to design buildings that deliver maximum value to our clients while minimising environmental impact. You will play an active role throughout all stages of our projects—from feasibility through to completion—across a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, industrial, data centres, and education. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of our business, exploring innovative ways to enhance efficiency through automation and expanding our service offerings through an integrated, digital-first approach to design.

Is this role right for you? 

We’re looking for a candidate who:

  • Has a Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or similar.
  • Is actively pursuing Chartered status through CIBSE, IET, or other relevant institutions.
  • Has proficiency in designing electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and data/communications systems.
  • Is Familiar with working within a BIM environment using Revit. and electrical design tools (e.g., Amtech, Dialux, Relux).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
