The Opportunity
As a BMS Engineer, you will play a senior role within the Building Services Engineering team, delivering data center projects through high‑quality design, supervision, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. You’ll manage the timely and cost‑effective production of designs, tender documents, feasibility studies, and condition reports while working autonomously under the guidance of project and technical directors. Your responsibilities include leading engineers and CAD staff, mentoring graduates, liaising with clients and external collaborators, presenting design concepts, overseeing site inspections and testing, and ensuring seamless integration of building services. This supervisory role positions you to become a key contributor to the group’s management structure.

Is this role right for you?
We are looking for people who:
Hold a first or advanced degree in Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other recognized qualification within the construction industry and be professionally qualified (chartered) and/or aspiring to register
Have 6+ years of relevant work experience. Data Centre, Commercial, Residential, Hospital, or Laboratory, Pharmaceuticals sector experience would be an advantage with 2+ experience in Data Centre or Mission Critical Environmental Instrumentation experience
Are able to assist in BMS design for Data Centre projects and provide BMS Control Systems engineering expertise in all facilities of the infrastructure that includes HVAC system, Fire Alarm & Public Address System, Security system
Can prepare system architecture, floor risers, control schematics, Design basis, Specification compliance, etc. as per regional requirements etc
