Current Latin American projects include Cartagena Barranquilla, Pacifico 2, Pacific 3 and Ruta al Mar toll road projects, Regiotram de Occidente, Puerto Antioquia and Puerto Bahia, and El Dorado International Airport.


We are currently seeking a Biologist and/or Ecologist to provide environmentally sensitive and sustainable solutions to unique engineering challenges.


Responsibilities of this specific role will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Assisting with the development of innovative solutions to environmental problems
  • Understanding the regulatory environment for gaining approval at different stages of project delivery
  • Working with the team to evaluate, select, and apply both local and international standards related to biodiversity, ecosystems, habitats, ecosystem services, living natural resources, biodiversity offsets and wildlife.
  • Attending meetings with clients to establish their needs and discuss potential solutions
  • Helping review and produce reports for social environmental due diligence processes in Colombia and Latin-American

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Ecology, or related natural sciences.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in infrastructure projects (roads, energy, rails, ports, etc).
  • Advanced verbal and written English skills.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Good communication skills essential for team-based working.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment.
  • Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
