BIM Technician - Structural

We are looking for a Structural BIM Modeller who will contribute to the production and coordination of high-quality structural models and drawings. In this role, you’ll play a key part in turning design concepts into precise technical outputs, collaborating across disciplines and helping to deliver projects efficiently.

The Opportunity 

•    Model detailed structural components and produce accurate Revit drawings
•    Translate design sketches and markups into a BIM environment with minimal supervision
•    Conduct initial clash checks and report coordination issues
•    Participate in internal and external coordination meetings
•    Assist junior staff with modelling queries and Revit setup

Is this role right for you? 

•    A recognized qualification in engineering or a related technical fiel
•    1–3 years of experience in structural BIM modelling using Revit
•    Solid knowledge of BIM deliverables and annotation standards
•    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines reliably
•    A proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and improve
