The BIM SMEP team at Arup consists of committed, dynamic and enthusiastic people. Within the team, we support the delivery of building projects in Poland and internationally. We actively collaborate with Arup offices outside Poland. The extensive experience gained while delivering projects in international markets enables us to work in accordance with different standards and regulations, depending on the region and client requirements.

Drive innovation by playing a pivotal role in delivering major structural projects, including Data Centre, by harnessing cutting-edge BIM and digital tools.
Deliver building projects for industrial facilities, data centres, retail and office developments. Focus on comprehensive professional development in BIM, combined with the use of the latest tools and programming languages, including Python and C#.
As a BIM Modeller at Arup, you will:
Be part of an international team, working collaboratively on major infrastructure projects.
Produce and manage high-quality 3D models and drawings throughout all project stages.
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work, in accordance with Arup and project standards.
Support the implementation of automation and digital innovation.
Creating SMEP library components.
Preparing drawing documentation and BIM deliverables.
Coordinating models and information flow with other disciplines.
Working closely with designers and participating in design reviews.
Does this role inspire you?
We're looking for someone who is passionate about sustainable building design. These are the essential skills and qualifications for the position:
1-3 years of experience in SMEP projects, contributing to more complex projects and demonstrating competence in both technical drawing production and BIM modelling.
Skills and experience in the following applications: AutoCAD, Revit.
Experience working in a CDE environment, including Autodesk Forma.
Knowledge of building services installations, including mechanical, electrical or water and sewage systems.
Communication and organisational skills.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Interest in BIM technology,
Knowledge of Navisworks, Solibri,
Programming skills using Python, Dynamo or Rhino,
