We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeller to support the design and coordination of acoustic and audiovisual systems across a range of built environment projects. In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop accurate BIM models, coordinated documentation, and technical layouts that align with project standards and design intent. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong Revit and coordination skills who is interested in acoustics, AV technology, and collaborative project delivery.

The Opportunity

·       Develop, update, and maintain BIM models for acoustic and AV systems in line with project requirements and BIM standards

·       Produce coordinated drawings, layouts, and documentation for acoustic treatments and AV installations

·       Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration across disciplines

·       Assist with clash detection, model coordination, and issue resolution using BIM coordination tools

·       Support acoustic simulations and AV system layouts by translating technical design concepts into accurate BIM deliverables

Is this role right for you?

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or a related discipline

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows

• Strong understanding of BIM processes, model management, and multidisciplinary coordination

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams

• Advantageous experience in acoustic modelling software (EASE, Odeon, CadnaA), AV system design concepts, or consultancy projects within the built environment sector
