Assist the Project Team in the accomplishment of assigned projects through delivery of accurate and correct drawings and preparation of digital data/figures and other associated drawings
The role is based in Manila office.
Your role in our team
- Creates coordinated discipline parametric models for analysis and documentation.
- Provides project teams with engineering information and other data from project.
- information model as required.
- Produces BIM deliverables according to industry/project/company standards.
- Adopts automation on projects as part of workflow, whenever permissible.
- Ensures compliance to BEP and LOD requirements.
- Provides technical support to less experienced staff/s.
- Delegates and reviews key activities of team members, where appropriate.
- Ensures project deliveries according to agreed timeline and quality.
- Represents group in internal meetings.
- Provides regular updates/reports of drawing/model status to project leads.Design layouts of road network, site-wide drainage & sewerage network and collection system, site-wide potable water and firewater network and distribution system, including layout design of utility corridors (fiber, telecoms, electrical, etc.) in accordance with relevant technical standards and code of practices

Is this role right for you?
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
· Minimum five years relevant working experience in 2D drawing production / 3D parametric modelling of project information models.
· Must have good knowledge and skill in multi-discipline (MEPF) modelling.
· Proficient technical skills in CAD/BIM and design review applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
· Programming skills in Dynamo is desired but not required.
· Knowledgeable in BIM software interoperability with other engineering design software.
· Preferably with experience in BIM360 and ProjectWise set-up.
· Familiar on model LOD/LOI requirements.
· Understands basic engineering principles.
· Knows to work with team but also knows to work independently or with minimal supervision.
