As a BIM Manager, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of multidisciplinary projects. You will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) using the latest technologies and software from major industry leaders. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with BIM team members and discipline engineers to plan and set up BIM processes and models for projects. Ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
• Utilize advanced BIM software (e.g., Autodesk, Bentley Systems) to create detailed design models for design projects.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols in line with ISO 19650.
• Host project design model coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Participate in project meetings and provide input on design solutions.
• Generate detailed rail and civil engineering drawings and documentation, including equipment schedules, quantity takeoffs, carbon footprint analysis, and other project deliverables using BIM models.
• Taking ownership of BIM tasks and reviewing the work of others to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
· Setting up and managing project data environments, ensuring effective organization, storage, and accessibility of project data throughout the lifecycle.
· Provide technical support and training to project teams.
• Supervising and mentoring junior BIM designers, providing guidance and supporting their professional development.
• Developing BIM protocols and guidance to align with advancing technologies.

Is this role right for you?
• At least 8 years of experience leading BIM teams and projects.
• Effectively collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
· Demonstrable experience working with mid to large-scale buildings and/or civil projects.
· Proficiency in BIM software from major software companies (e.g., Autodesk, Bentley Systems).
· Strong understanding of new technologies and their application in BIM.
· Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in both technical and non-technical environments
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Consistent record of working in a team-based environment, demonstrating excellent planning and organization skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and willingness to take on new challenges.
· A proactive and highly motivated approach to work, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Advanced Diploma in Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience, or a related field is preferred.
· Good knowledge of standards and procedures applicable in Massachusetts and/or other states in USA.

Boston Hiring Range – Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Boston is $130,000 to $160,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Boston will differ.
