Join our team as a BIM & Digital Delivery Consultant, where you’ll support the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across multidisciplinary projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with project teams to apply best-practice BIM workflows, contribute to model coordination, and support digital delivery initiatives. You’ll collaborate with design and engineering teams to enhance project outcomes and build your capability in digital project delivery.
The Opportunity
• Support the delivery of BIM on projects, including contributing to BIM Execution Plans and client BIM standards.
• Assist in coordination meetings and visual design reviews to help ensure model quality and alignment.
• Setup and maintain federated models using tools such as Revizto, Navisworks, Solibri, or Revit.
• Undertake clash detection and support issue tracking and resolution using coordination tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital workflows and support the wider team in adopting best practices.

Is this role right for you?
• Experience working in a BIM or digital delivery role within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, or Solibri (or a willingness to develop these skills).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive mindset with an interest in digital innovation and improving project delivery.
• Qualifications in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (desirable). Knowledge of ISO 19650 is a plus.
